Delicious Stir-Fry Chicken

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 2 tsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tbsp Cooking Oil (Canola Oil)
- 1 pcs Broccoli, cut into small pieces (florets)
- 1 pcs Bell Pepper, removed seed and chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, finely chopped
- 500 gr Boneless Chicken Breast, cut into small pieces
- 50 gr Cashews
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Whisk soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil in a small bowl.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat. Add chicken breast, tossing occasionally until golden brown, and cook through.
- Add broccoli, bell pepper, and garlic, stirring frequently until softened. Season with pepper.
- Pour sauce into the skillet and bring to a simmer. Cook, stirring occasionally, until thickened; add cashews before serving.
Notes
Reduce the soya sauce if you want to have it less salty, add sugar to balance.
