Delicious Stir-Fry Chicken

This dish is easy to make and can be adjusted to suit our preferences using the available ingredients. This recipe is an excellent example of that. It's a basic yet fulfilling stir fry that can be prepared with different vegetables and protein options, such as chicken, beef, or tofu.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 tbsp Cooking Oil (Canola Oil)
  • 1 pcs Broccoli, cut into small pieces (florets)
  • 1 pcs Bell Pepper, removed seed and chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, finely chopped
  • 500 gr Boneless Chicken Breast, cut into small pieces
  • 50 gr Cashews
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Whisk soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil in a small bowl.
  • Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat. Add chicken breast, tossing occasionally until golden brown, and cook through.
  • Add broccoli, bell pepper, and garlic, stirring frequently until softened. Season with pepper.
  • Pour sauce into the skillet and bring to a simmer. Cook, stirring occasionally, until thickened; add cashews before serving.

Notes

Reduce the soya sauce if you want to have it less salty, add sugar to balance.
